Site Recovery In Progress (2011-02-27)

The site is being recovered after some serious hosting (and other storage-related) earthshakes. The current status is more ore less OK, but some manual merging of the offline content with the stuff restored here is still being done. The results should be seen in revision 0.12.

(Shh!... Don't tell anyone, but I have this shockingly ingenious idea that sets flexfs apart from other labelling and keyword-indexing approaches, but I'm just unable to sit down for that 200 hours to make it presentable to, say, a rich friend (UPDATE: no longer have rich friends, I guess), or Jay Leno, or even my girlfriend (UPDATE: wife)... Whatever. I just want better tools to manage the mess surrounding me (well, OK, basically my XXX collection ;) ), and that's a minor issue who will actually provide the solution. I was hoping for others (being on the lazy end of the spectrum), but I've just been waiting, and waiting and waiting since, say, 1997 (when I conceived flexfs), but noone has just done it ever since... Which is BTW really, really strange and sad. (WinFS is kinda' promised to be coming to the rescue, though (like a huge, fat Microsoft monster snail?...)) So, this project is still up and... "pending". ;) )
